If you use your vacuum on the boxes, you can figure out which one has the Twins inside. The boxes that shake contain the Twins. Open them by pressing A. The Twins won't be happy you found them and will attack.
One drives a race car and the other takes to the air in a plane, dropping bombs. To defeat them, suck up the vehicle and then suck up the ghost. It's easier to get rid of the race car first and then take out the kid in the plane.
When the room is cleared, you'll get a chest with Mario's shoe in it. Head downstairs and through the double doors in the Foyer. Head to the last unlocked door on the first floor. He'll walk around the table once and then shoot the cue ball, sending the other balls flying. Suck one up and shoot it at the ghost. He'll be invisible if you are facing him, but that isn't a problem because his cue stick will be floating along with him.
You'll need to hit him three times to expose his heart, then suck him up. If you lose him, just hit him again with a cue ball and finish off the job. You need to have captured 20 Boos to get to the next boss, so if you are short at all, head back through the rooms you have cleared and find more Boos.
When you are ready, head to the Dining Room on the second floor and fill up on ice elementals. Go to the Safari Room on the third floor. Safari Room Shake the animal heads to make some Water Ghosts appear. Spray them with ice to expose their hearts and then suck them up. Once the room is clear, you'll get a key to the main Balcony, where you'll fight the next boss and collect 15 Boos! When the boss fight begins, you will be faced with one giant Boo. Make sure your elemental counter is full with ice.
Turn the vacuum on the giant Boo. You won't be able to suck him into your vacuum cleaner, but you'll be able to keep him trapped with the suction. Push him into one of the unicorn statues and he will burst into 15 smaller Boos.
You'll need to freeze a small Boo with a spray of ice, then suck it up. The Boos will reform into the bigger Boo and you will have to push him against the unicorn stature again. Now it gets tricky. The more Boos you suck up, the smaller and faster the reformed boss Boo will get.
Once you've managed to nab all the Boos, you will receive the key to the fourth and final area of the game. The Professor will take you back to the lab so you can heal and save the game. Top Voted Answer. Go to the billiards room on the first floor. First things first. Did you turn on the light in the first floor of the mansion? Now you just need to find the door that leads to the music room the room with all of the instruments that play the original mario theme on the exact opposite side of that hallway is the door to the billiards room. Clear that room completely just capture ghosts until the lights go on in that room and go into the door on the right.
You will get into the projection room. Let me give you a hint for the projection room.
