Wifi was weak on 11th floorreason to fight resort fee for sure. Requested daily room service on check-in kiosk only not to receive it; were told on phone call to housekeeping that we need to ask for it EACH day.

So, everything was ok, just a little detail, my wife lost an earring she actually found it on her purse but I had to look for the entire room for it. I had to look under the sofa the bed and any furniture in the room, not pleased with the things I found.
Every once in a while I strongly recommend to clean the entire room under the furniture. Besides that, personnel attention was terrific, not a fan of the do it by yourself check in check out, but every person was ready to help and bring support. Could have been great. Room was nice and clean. Casino and restaurant area is noisy. Music is so loud you can not hear other people. Slot machines could not be heard over the music.
Casino floor is crowded and smoking. Enjoyed gambeling at the Belliogio better- not smoky, quieter and machines spead out. We were disappointed with our stay at PH. The size of the bathroom toiletries is barely enough for one person.
