We arrived earlier than check in but they held our bags and checked us in early and when our rooms were ready they took us and our bags to them. While we waited for the rooms we were able to enjoy the full benefits of the resort, so our vacation started early!

Everything is made so that you feel like you're in Paradise and you do end up not wanting to leave. The resort itself if gorgeous, the rooms are spacious, very clean and well tended. You have a great variety of excellent restaurants and activities all day long.
All the staff is extremely professional, polite and going the extra mile in everything they do so that you feel relaxed and just have to worry about enjoying your stay. They all have such a wonderful and vibrant energy! You have a wide variety of activities all day and they are so good and fun that you would like to do all of the activities on the schedule!
If you go there, you have to try Zumba with Juan and Daniela. Those 2 are so nice, always in a great mood and always ready to teach you some cool moves!!! Also try an activity with Kevin! I did aquagym with him and he is the only person who can make you work out while having a good laugh and a wonderful time with other people while doing it! That team is on from morning to evening and their great energy is definitely a big part of the whole experience there.
They are the ones creating the ambiance and experience that you don't want to leave The fun spirit, energy and sense of community that they bring all day long is out of this world. Our first day Israel made us feel welcome and checked in on us frequently to ensure we had what we needed. We had great meals at the French restaurant where Orlando and his team provided exceptional service and Wilber did the same at the Japanese restaurant. The food was fantastic too.
